In a bizarre incident, a 20-year-old woman was set on fire by three persons in northwest Delhi’s Bhalswa Dairy area on Saturday evening. <br /> <br />As per reports, the incident took place after the victim turned down a wedding proposal. The accused, who were known to the victim, barged into her home and started arguing with her family members.
