Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Sangeet Som, who is being accused of allegedly circulating a hate video which instigated Muzaffarnagar riots, on Saturday surrendered before Uttar Pradesh Police.<br /><br />The move by the MLA comes almost an hour after he was served with an arrest warrant.
