74 hours before the Indo-Pak peace talks in New York terror has struck the valley. Sources suggest 21 are feared dead.<br /><br />Encounter which went on for 7 hours has reportedly ended but the army has launched a massive man hunt to search for 2 terrorists who have still not been nabbed. Army sources have confirmed that 1 terrorists has been caught alive and two have been killed.<br /><br />Terrorists from the PoK were dressed in Pak Army uniform.
