The Joint Parliamentary Committee is set to meet later today on 2G allocation scam and the main agenda of the meet is to adopt the controversial draft report.<br /><br />The draft report, which was circulated to members in April, gives a clean chit to Singh and Chidambaram, and puts the entire blame on the then Telecom Minister A Raja. The report accuses Raja of tweaking rules to award mobile permits to a select few and keeping the PM & FM out of the loop during policy changes.
