Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Thursday praised the Indian Army for executing "perfect" surgical strikes across the Line of Control in Pakistan-administered Kashmir.<br /> <br />Addressing a public event here, Parrikar lauded the armed forces and said: "I am proud of our soldiers.
