In another shameful incident a 25-year-old student of Delhi University has alleged that a man made a video clip of hers using a cell phone when she was using the washroom at the Department of Chemistry in Delhi University on Thursday afternoon.<br /><br />The woman in her complaint to police said she suspected a classmate for the act. Police have registered a case and are on the lookout for the accused. According to police, the incident took place around 12 pm Thursday. The woman, a final-year MSc student at the Department of Chemistry, had gone to the washroom, used by both men and women. <br />In her complaint, the woman said, "I was in the washroom when I saw a mobile phone at the window. I only managed to see a hand and a cell phone which was placed at the window of another cubicle." <br /><br />Police have registered a case under Section 354C of the IPC at the Maurice Nagar police station.
