A day after Tourism Minister Chiranjeevi resigned, Human Resource Development Minister Pallam Raju has also resigned over the Cabinet's decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh.<br /><br />Raju said his decision to quit has not been taken in haste. "I have not acted in haste, my decision to resign was carefully thought out," he said.<br /><br />"It is a very sad day for Andhra Pradesh.
