Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Friday lashed out at government over the issue of demonetisation accusing them of running away from the debate. Gandhi termed demonetisation as the biggest scam while speaking to reporters outside the parliament. Rahul Gandhi also accused NDA govt of running away from debate. "Govt is running away from debate. They are not letting me speak.
