Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a shoe attack on him here in Haryana.<br /> <br />A young man hurled a shoe at the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader as he was addressing a rally.
