Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday launched a verbal onslaught against Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding demonetisation and the 'Swachh Bharat' campaign which had been introduced by the government in 2014.<br />A 'rejuvenated' Rahul Gandhi took a jibe at PM Narendra Modi's much-campaigned and advertised Swachh Bharat move which—Rahul said—was only facetious. "Two and half years ago, Modi ji came and said that he will clean Hindustan. Instead, he handed a broomstick to everyone. It became a fashion; three-four days later, they forgot about it," he said.<br />"The Prime Minister needs to spend some time with the poor farmers of the country and ask them why suddenly people are running to villages?"
