Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing a rally in Jalandhar city to boost Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) – SAD (Shiromani Akali Dal) led poll campaign in poll-bound Punjab.<br /> <br />PM Modi is slated to address two different rallies, one in Jalandhar and the other in Ludhiana on January 29.<br /> <br />BJP’s Punjab manifesto focuses good governance, development, education, healthcare and on implantation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).<br /> <br />In another rally not so far from Jalandhar, the Congress party vice-president Rahul Gandhi hits out on Badal government saying that the Badals have restored family monopoly in the state.<br /> <br />"Wherever you go in Punjab, you will only find buses of the Badal family to travel," said Rahul Gandhi.
