With the dip in mercury after the latest spell of rains, the national capital witnessed thick blanket of fog in the region.<br /><br />Residents of Delhi and NCR woke up to a cold and chilly morning with a layer of dense fog engulfing the area and resulting in severe disturbance to the transportation system.<br /><br />Due to heavy fog, 20 trains have arrived late, 2 have been rescheduled and another one train is canceled due to other operational reasons.
