Chennai: Chennai is under a tight security cover for the visit of BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Friday. More than 5,000 police personnel including from Armed Reserve wing have been deployed, police said.<br /><br />The Gujarat Chief Minister will attend the 2013 Nani Palkhivala memorial at the University of Madras Centenary Auditorium and will also release BJP leader Arun Shourie's book 'Self-deception: India China policies.'
