In another case of official government workers trying to flex their muscles and prove itself as more powerful than the rest, a former chairman of Gurugram Block Samiti was caught on CCTV thrashing a toll plaza employee for requesting his identity.<br /><br />The incident, which is purported to have occurred on Saturday night, took place when one Gurugram toll employee asked two men in a car for their ID.
