The Prime Minister is back after what he claims has been a very successful foreign visit, but there is trouble waiting for him at home. Ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting scheduled for November in Sri Lanka.<br /><br />The Tamil Nadu legislature has passed a resolution demanding a complete 'boycott' by India.
