Congress Vice- President Rahul Gandhi will address a rally tomorrow in Mangolpuri in northwest Delhi.<br />Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, briefing the media about preparation for the rally, said her party was working hard to make it a success.<br /><br />"This is the first rally by Rahulji here in connection with the elections. We are expecting a very, very huge crowd," Dikshit said."We have made all arrangements for the rally.
