Muzaffarnagar: The Uttar Pradesh Police has admitted to lapses in security a day after fresh violence broke out in Muzaffarnagar. Clashes broke out again on Wednesday leaving four dead and two injured in 2 separate instances of violence. "There has been some fault with the officers, we will take action.
