Residents of Mumbai's Campa Cola compound have refused to evacuate their houses and locked themselves inside the gates even as police has forcibly detained few of them <br /><br />Only 10 out of 96 illegal flats have been vacated after SC's November 11 deadline ended. <br /><br />Even Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan has refused to intervene and issue an ordinance to stop the demolition..
