A recent RTI application by activist SC Agarwal has revealed that at least 36 former union ministers continue to wrongly occupy their ministerial residences, even after no longer holding office. <br /><br />The list reads like a who's who with names from the Congress including Ajay Maken and Ambika Soni. From the BJP the list includes the likes of Sushma Swaraj.
