A woman has accused Uttarakhand's additional General Secretary JP Joshi of raping her on several occasions on false promise of getting her a job, reports said on Friday.<br /><br />A case of rape has been registered against Joshi in Delhi's Pandav Nagar Police Station on the woman's complaint.<br /><br />According to the woman, the girl is getting threats from Joshi following which she has come to Delhi.
