A 29-year-old national-level woman Javelin thrower from Nalasopara died of a cardiac stroke while working out in a gym in Vasai (East) on Tuesday afternoon. Police said Zenida Carvalho, a post-graduate in clinical psychology who represented Maharasthra in Javelin throw competitions, collapsed while doing warm-up exercise for CrossFit, a fitness regimen, at Evershine Gym.
