The supreme court today decided to leave to the parliament the tricky question of decriminalising homosexuality. It's reasoning was that it is the Parliament's perogative to legislate. <br /><br />There are many social conservatives who agree with this view. But there is a moot point that needs to be considered. What if tomorrow the Parliament decided to strike down urdu as a language?
