Justice AK Ganguly has been defending himself against the sexual harassment case filed against him by a law intern, but latest revelations will further corner the former judge.<br /><br />India's Additional Solicitor General Indira Jai singh has revealed the statement made by the victim to the 3-member Court panel in a leading newspaper. She has also written to the PM and the President seeking an immediate removal of AK Ganguly.<br /><br />When the matter was mentioned the CJI announced a 3member panel to be constituted to probe the matter.<br /><br />Indira Jaising has divulged details of the victim's statement made to the 3-member panel.
