Ending almost two-week-long deadlock, the Aam Admi Party — born out of Anna Hazare's anti-corruption agitation — on Monday decided to form government in the national capital by taking outside support from the Congress to which the newbie handed a crushing defeat in the December 4 assembly polls.<br /><br />AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal met Delhi lieutenant governor Najeeb Jung and gave a letter expressing readiness to form the government.
