First CCTV footage has been found and released. Whole incident is caught on CCTV footage. Haryana BJP State chief Subhash Barala’s son Vikas Barala and his friend were arrested, later given bail, for misbehaving with IAS’s daughter, Varnika Kundu in Chandigarh.
