Vikas Barala is called for investigation today by Chandigarh police as he denied summons by them after which they pasted the summons outside his house. Haryana BJP State chief Subhash Barala’s son Vikas Barala and his friend were arrested, later given bail, for misbehaving with IAS’s daughter, Varnika Kundu.
