AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal, who will be Delhi's chief minister, Wednesday, said that the swearing in ceremony was unlikely to take place Thursday as the party had not yet received a call from Lt Governor Najeeb Jung.<br /><br />"We have not received any call from Lt Governor yet.
