The national convenor of fringe group Hindu Raksha Dal, accused of leading a mob attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) office in Ghaziabad over party leader Prashant Bhushan's remarks on Kashmir, surrendered to the police on Wednesday, officials said.<br /><br />Bhupendra Tomar alias Pinky Chaudhary is believed to have led the protests and vandalisation at the AAP office at Kaushambi.
