Delhi Congress chief Arvinder Singh Lovely Thursday lashed out at the Aam Aadmi Party government over its handling of the rape case of the 51-year-old Danish woman in the capital.<br /><br />"Is this the same party that used to protest on the streets of Delhi? And today, the party's chief minister is saying that he will get a study conducted to know why such cases are happening.
