Surrounded by controversies, Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti was on Wednesday caught on camera having a minor scuffle with the Delhi Police personnel.<br />The scuffle came after he insisted on heading a surprise raid on what he claims was a prostitution racket. Bharti claims Nigerian nationals are involved in prostitution and drug trafficking in the Khirki village area.<br />"We asked the police to conduct a raid. Initially they tried persuading me to not conduct this raid. Later they refused to conduct the raid.
