The Supreme Court has issued a defamation notice to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia and Aam Aadmi Party leaders Prashant Bhushan and Shazia Ilmi. <br /><br />The notice has been issued on a petition by Union Union Law Minister Kapil Sibal's lawyer son Amit Sibal.
