The AAP government could plunge into a minority today, with independent MLA Rambir Shokeen threatening to withdraw support on Monday. <br /><br />Without Shokeen's support, the government's strength in the 70-member assembly would drop to 35, one short of a majority. <br /><br />"Kejriwal has been avoiding my calls and has refused to meet me.
