On a day Manmohan Singh was to make his last speech in Parliament as Prime Minister, there was a special guest - his wife Gursharan Kaur.<br /><br />Dr Singh, 81, is expected to make his farewell speech this afternoon before the last session of the current Lok Sabha ends today.<br /><br />"10 years have been a great learning experience," Gursharan Kaur said.<br /><br />She watched proceedings in the Lok Sabha for 30 minutes from the Speaker's gallery, on a day the house functioned peacefully for the first time in weeks.
