The Congress-TRS merger issue is becoming trickier in the midst of a war of words between the leaders of the two parties as to what has been agreed upon.<br /><br />On Tuesday, AICC general secretary Digvijaya Singh told the media in Delhi that the consultation process on the merger had been completed and only the issue of seat-sharing had to be finalized.
