Rs 5000 per person is all you get for being gang-raped in a village in U.P's Bijnor district.<br />Its a shocking case of apathy from BIjnor where a minor was told by the village panchayat to not file an FIR as they had announced a fine of Rs 5000 for the accused.<br /><br />The victim's family was pressurized by the village panchayat for three days.
