Union minister Kapil Sibal took a dig at Gujarat chief minister and BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi ahead of the Lok Sabha polls on Friday, asking why Modi needs a safe seat for himself.<br /><br />"Am curious, if there's a strong Modi wave, how come he needs a 'safe seat'?
