Three students of a private film and media studies institute in Noida have been booked under the anti-ragging act after a junior accused them of thrashing, torturing and trying to sexually abuse him in his hostel. <br /><br />The victim, an 18-year-old from Karnal in Haryana, said the trio also recorded an MMS clip of the assault, which took place on the night of April 15.
