AAP leader Shazia Ilmi has clarified that she was only speaking "sarcastically" when she asked a group of Muslim leaders to turn "communal". A video showing Ilmi exhorting some Muslim leaders to stop being secular went viral on social networking websites on Tuesday. <br /><br />In the video, Ilmi, the AAP candidate from Ghaziabad, is seen asking the leaders to support the party.
