Two incumbent members of parliament from India's Congress party were stuck after the voting machines they were using malfunctioned in West Bengal on Thursday.<br /><br />In another incident, President Pranab Mukherjee's son Abhijit Mukherjee, has been accused of trying to bribe voters with money ahead of the polls.<br /><br />Mukherjee who is contesting from the Jangipur constituency, which was earlier represented by his father is facing a major challenge as he won the by-poll with a wafer thin margin of just 2,500 votes. "They are using money power to win.
