Union Minister Kapil Sibal on Saturday held the BJP and its prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi responsible for the recent massacres in Assam.<br /><br />Addressing media the law minister said that the BJP leaders were fanning violence in Assam using morphed pictures as part of its "communal propaganda" on social media.<br /><br />"We condemn in the strongest possible terms the violence perpetrated in Assam.
