The BJP is outraged at the Varanasi administration for denying Narendra Modi the permission to hold one of the two rallies in the city on Thursday.<br /><br />The party said the move was "unprecedented" and "unheard of".<br />Modi was supposed to hold two rallies in the constituency on Thursday but permission for one of the rallies is yet to be given, the party said.<br /><br />"Is Modi's entry banned in Varanasi?
