On the very day of Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister, a minister of state PMO Dr. Jitendra Singh has kicked off a controversy saying that the "Article 370 has harmed the state more than it has benefited."<br /> <br />Though he later clarified that the party has not "not deviated from" their "views of article 370."<br /> <br />The Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir had been granted a special autonomous status through article 370.<br /> <br />The state Chief Minister Omar Abdullah reacted instantly to the controversy and tweeted that, "so the new MOS PMO says process/discussions to revoke Art 370 have started. Wow, that was a quick beginning.
