Is the Akhilesh Yadav doing something to curb the rising cases of rapes reported from the state?<br /> <br />In the most recent case reported in media, a woman was allegedly gang-raped by five men at Dulhera village in Muzaffarnagar. She was allegedly abducted by five persons who took her to a nearby graveyard and gang-raped her.
