In a major twist in the infamous molestation case involving Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia, lawyer of the actress on Monday, June 16 claimed that it was not a molestation or sexual assault case. <br /><br />Preity Zinta's lawyer claimed that the actress filed the case against the business tycoon under Sec 354 for outraging modesty of a woman.
