The Delhi High Court has held that failure of live-in relationship or immature actions of the young adults by getting into hasty commitments that end up in break-ups has triggered the number of rape cases. <br /><br />A two-member bench of the high court, Justice Kailash Gambhir and Justice Sunita Gupta, in a recent court order said that boys and girls have to be cautious before taking important decisions concerning their lives like marriage or even live-in relationship. <br /><br />Immature or hasty decisions taken by young adults often result in break-ups and burnouts especially if the couple indulges into physical relationship. <br /><br />The court observation came while upholding life term awarded to four family members of a girl, including her father, for killing her lover in October 2006 as they did not approve of their relationship.
