Preity Zinta, whose FIR against her former boyfriend and Kings XI Punjab co owner Ness Wadia has created a massive furore, will return to India from the US on Sunday.<br /><br />She is expected to record her statement to the Mumbai police on either Monday or Tuesday.<br /><br />According to reports, there will be no move to arrest Ness until Zinta's statement is recorded.<br /><br />After recording her statement, Preity will be asked to recreate the sequence of events.
