Three days after an under-construction building came crashing down in Chennai, the death toll has risen to 26. Meanwhile, 27 people have been rescued so far. <br /><br />Four workers were pulled out alive on Tuesday morning. But over 20 are still trapped under the debris. NDRF teams are continuing with search operations. <br /><br />Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has blamed the builder for violating all norms.
