Goa PWD Minister Sudin Dhavalikar, who had triggered a debate on Monday by saying that women visiting pubs in short dresses was against the Indian culture, now wants bikini banned on the beaches of Goa. <br />Dhavalikar met Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar and said that he stood by his comments.
