Ahead of the Rail Budget today, Railway Minister Sadanand Gowda tells, "We want to make railways people-friendly. He said Budget to benefit in the long run. We cannot promise immediate smile for the common man." <br /><br />He said that an announcement on bullet trains will be made today.
