A 21-year-old youth from Northeast was shot at by two masked men on a bike on Friday morning. The victim, Ricky Saharani, is alive but critical and admitted to Max hospital in Saket.<br /><br />The sequence of events is not clear but witnesses say the bikers waylaid Ricky near Barapullah flyover around 8am and the man riding pillion whipped out a pistol and shot twice.
